Terms of Service

Effective July 4, 2026 · applies to games.silvatech.bz and the Silvatech Games mobile/desktop apps

The short version: the games are free, play fair, don't misuse the site, and understand they're provided as-is for fun. That's most of it.

1. Who we are

Silvatech Games is operated by Silvatech, an AI engineering lab based at 2426 Palm Grove Estates, Belize City, Belize. By playing on games.silvatech.bz or using the Silvatech Games apps, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

• All games are free to play. No accounts, subscriptions or purchases exist.
• Games run in your browser or on-device in the apps; scores and saves are stored on your device only.
• We may add, change or remove games and features at any time.

3. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the site, probe or attack our infrastructure, scrape at abusive rates, or use the games or their assets to mislead others. Otherwise: play, share links, enjoy.

4. Content and intellectual property

• The games, artwork, code and text on this site belong to Silvatech unless noted otherwise.
• Some games are affectionate fictional homages. City Council Fighter 2026 is a fan-made parody in good fun; Sarstoon is historical fiction — its coup and characters are invented, while the geography and treaty history referenced are real. Neither is affiliated with, endorsed by, or a statement about any real person or government.
• Runman Rush is inspired by, but not affiliated with, Run Man (runman.co).
• You're welcome to stream, record and share gameplay.

5. No warranty

The games are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We aim for quality but don't promise uninterrupted availability, bug-free play, or that your device will keep your high scores forever (browsers clear storage sometimes — see the privacy policy).

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silvatech is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from playing free games on this site or in the apps. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us to play — which is zero.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belize. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Belize.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the new terms.
